In India, chutneys are served as a side dish or dipping sauce to complement and enhance the flavor of the meal. These chutneys can also be used to enhance other sauces as well such as mixing the Cucumber Lime in with yogurt for a smooth tzatziki sauce atop Gyros, or mixing Tomato Cilantro in with a BBQ sauce to enhance the flavors of the meat while grilling, or mixing Mango Habanero in cream cheese to eat with your morning bagel.
